-Equipment and basic related measures
-Install shock-absorbing pads on the unit and cold storage to reduce vibration induced noise.
-Regularly maintain the cold storage to ensure that the external unit bracket and the contact between the external unit and the casing are firm. Regularly inspect the equipment, and if the cold storage base is loose, promptly handle it to avoid problems such as compressor noise caused by looseness.
-The foundation of the unit should be treated with shock absorption, and the pipeline installation should also be in place.
-Check the compressor parts and replace worn parts to solve the compressor noise problem.
-Measures for different devices
-Refrigeration unit fan related
-If the noise is caused by the fan of the refrigeration unit, the fan motor can be replaced with a level 6 motor; If the noise is caused by the evaporator fan, it is necessary to replace the motor of the fan with an external rotor motor.
-Compressor related
-When the compressor is not working properly and making loud noise, identify the cause of the system malfunction and solve the problem.
-When the hydraulic pressure in the cold storage is too high and the compressor produces noise, the night water supply valve of the cold storage can be closed to reduce the impact of hydraulic pressure on the compressor.
-Other equipment related
-When the fan noise of evaporative cooling, cooling tower, and air-cooled condenser is too loud, the motor can be replaced with a 6-stage motor.
-When the noise of the warehouse cooling fan is too loud, replace the high-power fan motor with a 6-stage motor with an external rotor.
-When the equipment noise in the refrigeration room is too loud, noise reduction treatment can be carried out in the machine room, such as pasting soundproof cotton.
-Sound insulation and noise reduction measures
-Set up soundproof rooms and install intake and exhaust mufflers to reduce the noise of the cold storage.
-Install soundproof covers. According to the environmental requirements of the cold storage outdoor unit, soundproof covers can be fully enclosed or semi enclosed. Soundproofing covers are usually made of sound-absorbing materials, which can reduce noise by more than 30 decibels.
-Install sound barriers and enclosures to reduce noise transmission.
-Equipment operation, maintenance, and management measures
-Choose low-noise equipment to fundamentally solve the noise problem.
-Adjust the position of the equipment and place the external unit away from the room or behind a wall, away from crowds, to reduce noise transmission. At the same time, pay attention to the placement of the equipment to meet safety and equipment specifications requirements.
-Regular maintenance of equipment, cleaning of components such as filters and condensers, can reduce the noise generated during equipment operation.
