1. Anechoic chamber
Anechoic chamber is also called soundless chamber, soundless chamber, and anechoic chamber. It is divided into semi-anechoic and full-anechoic. It is mainly used to test the noise and sound absorption coefficient of products, and the test effect is accurate. Sound-absorbing spikes are installed in the anechoic chamber, and the background noise value in the anechoic chamber is generally less than 15dB (A).

2. Silent room
The function of the silent room is the same as that of the anechoic chamber, but the test accuracy of the silent room is lower than that of the anechoic chamber. The products that can be tested in the silent room can be tested in the anechoic chamber, but the silent room may not be able to effectively detect the results of the products that can be tested in the anechoic chamber. The silent room is a anechoic flat plate structure, and the background noise is between 45-20 decibels.

3. Audiovisual room
In order to improve the audition environment and make correct judgments on electroacoustic devices and audio equipment, it is necessary to build a room that meets the acoustic characteristics of audition, that is, an audiovisual room, also called an audition room, a listening room, and a reverberation room. In an empty environment, the background noise level of the listening area of the audition room is generally lower than 35dB (A).

4. Silent box
In order to facilitate movement and operation and actual use needs, sometimes there is no need for a test site as large as an anechoic room and a silent room, so a smaller silent test equipment will be built, that is, a silent box, also called a soundproof box, a soundless box, and a silencer. The silent box is small in size, light in weight, has good sound insulation, is easy to move, and can be used in different occasions. The background noise of the silent room is between 30-10dB (A).

5. Audiometry room
The audiometry room is used to test hearing, also called a hearing test room, and is used for hearing diagnosis and treatment in hospitals and schools. The audiometer room is made of multi-layer polymer composite sound insulation board and suspended installation, which can effectively reduce the propagation of solid noise and has good sound insulation effect. The background noise of the audiometer room is between 15-30dB.

Sound insulation and noise reduction series

1. Soundproof room type
Soundproof rooms are mainly used to reduce the noise of equipment, also called soundproof covers and soundproof boxes, such as common punching machines, CNC machine tools, crushers, fans, water pumps, generators and other equipment. The principle of the soundproof room is to design a separate sound insulation for the sound source, and use a soundproof cover to enclose the noise source in a relatively small space to reduce the noise radiated to the surrounding area. 2. Sound barrier type
The sound barrier inserts a facility between the sound source and the receiver, so that the sound wave propagation has a significant additional attenuation, thereby reducing the noise impact in a certain area where the receiver is located.
