With the development of the times, people are paying more and more attention to the problem of factory noise pollution. So how should we control factory noise?
The first is planning, environmental assessment, general drawings and workshop layout. This is the acoustic advice provided by the acoustics company during the initial construction or reconstruction stage of the factory building. Planning and layout are used to minimize the impact of noise on people.
The intervention of the acoustic company at this stage is actually important, because without this step, the cost of engineering noise reduction in the later stage may be very high, and there may even be no space for noise reduction at all due to lack of good planning.
The second is engineering noise reduction, mainly through sound insulation, sound absorption, noise elimination, and vibration isolation. Silencing is mainly used for airflow noise. Vibration isolation is mainly used for low-frequency sounds with severe vibrations. Generally, our noise reduction projects adopt comprehensive noise reduction measures, such as sound insulation covers to isolate the noise. If it adopts a sound-absorbing structure inside, a sound-absorbing cover can be used. If ventilation and heat dissipation are required, exhaust mufflers or silencer louvers will also be installed.
The last step is to choose low-noise products. Low-noise products or equipment are developed and produced by equipment manufacturers. The so-called low-noise also has standards, which generally refers to new products with similar specifications that have a noise index that is more than 10dB(A) lower than the original products.
